About: JD is the head of all operations for Perdido Key Resort Management. As a member of the "family" in this family-owned business, his primary function is to ensure that all properties managed perform at their highest potential while aiming to exceed the expectations of both our property owner and guests. All property owner partners on our property management program have JD's personal cell and email address to ensure we are performing at a level that exceeds expectations and many of our vacationers also know JD on a first-name basis. JD has been with the company since its inception and moved to Perdido Key in order to manage the daily operations in June 2006 when we managed less than 25 properties. He has performed all positions of the company and now operates all aspects of the Perdido Key business locally from the Perdido Key Villagio office which oversees properties in a dozen or more complexes in the area.
JD also is the Founder and Broker/Owner of Perdido Key Resort Realty which proudly serves all property owners in and around the Greater Perdido Key and SW Pensacola areas. If that isn't enough... JD Hallam has also been the Board Member serving as the Perdido Key Lodging Representative for the Escambia County Tourism and Destination Marketing Organization, VisitPensacola, as the organization's Marketing Committee Chairman after having been the organization's Treasurer.
From JD: I enjoy fishing, watching football, web design, spending time with my four (yes 4) daughters, and traveling with my wife Lindsay whenever we can find the time. Everyone kept telling us "try for a little boy" and we were blessed with 4 little girls. Funny how things work out, but nonetheless we truly do feel blessed to have our girls as they are a driving force and the legacy we'll leave behind. My passion away from home and family is my work - specifically the online marketing and day-to-day management of the business. I enjoy staying on top of and implementing search engine optimization best practices that work to market the homes we manage. My wife says I am a workaholic, but it's because I enjoy my industry so very much. I've enjoyed our growth as a company and I still work to maintain a relationship with each and every property owner, because we are in business together. We're both working with the goal of meeting revenue objectives. Together we can ensure that your goals are identified, achieved, and hopefully exceeded as our market allows. I also am privileged to know many of our guests on a first-name basis. Our guests are the lifeblood of the business and our property owners are our partners, both have a reasonable expectation for a superior level of service. I'm going to provide that - and so is everyone in my office.
